Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and coach for the ultimate consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
  • •Suggest looks based on consumer needs, the latest trends, and current promotions consistent with the Levi’s service approach.
  • •Promote the Levi’s omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
  • •Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy, partnering with store management on elevated issues.
  • •Support store operations including cash handling and merchandise processes such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment, while following store procedures.
