Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide front-end project leadership by converting functional briefs into technical scopes and defining project structure and delivery approach.
  • •Develop and manage key documents (e.g., Project Execution Plan, Stakeholder Management Plan) and ensure alignment with internal standards and governance.
  • •Coordinate project lifecycle stages, manage interfaces across internal/external stakeholders, maintain RACI accountability, and run design review processes.
  • •Support project risk management and controls teams, participate in change control, and contribute to Lessons Learnt activities.
  • •Support contract administration by demonstrating understanding of NEC PSC contracts and facilitating Technical Scope Reviews and Project Design Assurance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction/infrastructure project delivery.
  • •Strong understanding of project delivery in Ireland and the full project lifecycle.
  • •Experience on front-end stages (scope, initiation, statutory planning) and scope writing to define project briefs.
  • •Solid knowledge of RIAI/RIBA methodologies and workflows and Ireland Health & Safety regulations (including PSDP services).
  • •Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of SharePoint editing and publishing is desirable.
