Team Leader, Import

Lead Import and Trade Finance Operations to ensure timely, secure processing of transactions and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with offshore teams and internal stakeholders to review and approve high-value import instruments (Imports LC, Back-to-Back LCs, Loans under TR, IBC), handle claims and court orders, and resolve processing issues with IT and finance teams. Oversee daily GL account balancing, monitor customer complaints, mitigate operational risks, and report MIS to management.
