•Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Academy learning events (virtual, hybrid, and in-person) using platforms like Adobe Connect, Zoom, and MS Teams.
•Manage timelines, logistics, and stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth execution.
•Provide technical and creative support to trainers and learners.
•Ensure a seamless and engaging participant experience, as well as consistency in quality and branding, across all formats.
•Support user onboarding and management on Academy’s learning platform, while ensuring compliance with data management and privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR)

•Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
