Key Responsibilities

  • •Leverage research, market intelligence, and data-driven insights to identify opportunities, propose solutions, maintain roadmaps, and improve performance.
  • •Translate digital/technology product and experience opportunities into initiatives (requirements, epics, features) and drive execution strategy.
  • •Guide complex product opportunities from idea through market validation by collaborating with Business, UX, Technology, Ops, Marketing, and other SMEs.
  • •Use advanced data analysis to understand and report product and experience performance against KPIs/KRIs and uncover areas for improvement.
  • •Lead cross-functional product teams to discover and build new digital/technology products, prepare business cases, and present complex concepts to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience, including strategy/planning, innovation, UX, analytics, and/or research/testing.
  • •Proven ability to effectively develop, influence, present, and communicate complex concepts to cross-functional teams, non-technical users, and leadership.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work in Agile, Lean Product Development, and Lean Portfolio Management environments.
  • •Knowledge of digital/technology strategy and delivery, including roadmap development, journey mapping, and competitive analysis.
