  • •Lead organizational change initiatives and develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans for business and technology transformations.
  • •Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness assessments, and risk evaluations.
  • •Define and implement change interventions, governance structures, and change networks to support transformation objectives.
  • •Lead AI and Copilot adoption readiness and adoption initiatives, partnering with leadership teams on adoption strategies and value realization.
  • •Create and oversee training, communications, and adoption programs, measure effectiveness via KPIs and analytics, and continuously refine based on feedback.

Salary: 134,400 - 159,600 annually

  • •Strong understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies.
