Key Responsibilities

•Acquire and incubate new sellers for assigned TikTok Shop categories (Home & Living, Electronics, or FMCG).
•Map the category landscape, set development priorities with partners, and build category/sub-category roadmaps for long-tail partners.
•Plan, execute, and maintain category performance metrics.
•Identify potential partners, build onboarding solutions, and establish partners' mid- and long-term account plans to support sustainable growth.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external service vendors to support partner content and run campaigns, product launches, and B2B marketing.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, account management, new seller, or user acquisition.
•Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
•Customer service orientation and experience in a client-facing capacity.
•Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
•Fluent in English and German to communicate with German stakeholders.
