Job Summary

Lead Business Acquisition Team (BAT) efforts for F135 sustainment proposals, providing strategic guidance and managing acquisition integration from opportunity identification through contract award. Partner with cross-functional teams across program execution, sustainment operations, engineering, finance, contracts, and legal to develop integration plans, manage risks, analyze past performance, and drive continuous improvement. Brief senior leadership to secure gated-process commitments and help build strong relationships with internal and U.S. government customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic guidance and lead BATs engaged in business pursuits across all acquisition phases.
•Develop integration plans with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration into sustainment proposals.
•Identify, mitigate, and manage risks and challenges; develop contingency plans and alternatives as needed.
•Perform business and historical analysis to validate assumptions, identify best practices and lessons learned, and set strategic direction.
•Brief senior leadership and secure commitment through the gated process to achieve timely contract awards.

Key Requirements

•BS/BA in engineering, business, or a related field is required.
•Minimum 12+ years of experience in logistics support, supply, procurement, proposal development, or program/project management is required.
•Prior experience balancing cost and schedule constraints to meet program deadlines and expectations.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
•U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for a security clearance.
