Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with practice group leads, paralegals, and in-house counsel to identify high-value workflow automation and AI integration opportunities.
  • •Serve as the technical DRI for Legal AI tools, owning the intake-to-deployment lifecycle within assigned legal functions.
  • •Build, test, and deploy Legal AI workflows, multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, and AI copilots powered by Claude Enterprise.
  • •Run discovery workshops and translate business requirements into engineering-ready specifications for internal engineering teams.
  • •Navigate governance (PLADIS, Security, Privacy), maintain the Legal Tech portfolio, and deliver Claude Enterprise training and adoption enablement materials.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in Legal Technology or Enterprise SaaS implementation, ideally in a tech company or law firm technology function.
  • •At least 2 years using AI in workflows and to support customers.
  • •Track record architecting and building AI-powered applications, including multi-agent workflows, retrieval systems, and LLM integrations.
  • •Experience in embedded, forward-deployed, or client-centric technical roles.
  • •Advanced degree (e.g., MS/MBA) in Business, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
