Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and continuously improve App Market core user experiences, considering SDV vehicle environments, user needs, and business objectives.
  • •Design workflows for App Market Management—app registration, review, deployment, and operations—while improving partner/operator product experiences.
  • •Design and operate UX for the Pleos Playground site that introduces product and services, continuously improving based on content/service changes.
  • •Design and iterate UI and Localization structures to deliver consistent, scalable multilingual user experiences.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business, Operations) to clarify requirements and align implementation direction; validate design assumptions via prototyping and usability testing.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of hands-on experience in Mobile, Web, or Digital Product Design (or equivalent capability).
  • •Ability to structure problems for complex products/platforms and translate them into user-centered UX/UI solutions.
  • •End-to-end experience designing and improving product experience across Information Architecture, User Flow, Interaction, and UI Design.
  • •Capability to make sound design decisions by integrating user experience, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • •Proven collaboration with stakeholders such as Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers, supported by a portfolio showing your role and impact.
