Research Intern (RDMA/High Speed Network) - 2026 Start (PhD)

Work on ByteDance Networking’s hyperscale data-center network research and development. You’ll design, optimize, implement, and deploy high-performance transport protocols and congestion control algorithms for AI/LLM applications, and develop AI communication framework and network protocol stacks through host-network-application co-design. The role also emphasizes staying current with academia and industry advances and presenting innovative system contributions in academic papers.
