Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain SAP PM system data and reporting, and analyze data for maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • •Maintain and develop enterprise-wide preventative maintenance best practices and review PM work orders against equipment history.
  • •Recommend modifications to optimize equipment reliability and maintenance labor utilization; learn universal maintenance standards for task estimates.
  • •Plan maintenance work based on skill and safety training needs, and identify/label new equipment while keeping records current.
  • •Administer maintenance shift scheduling and work order backlog, including scheduled downtime planning and parts availability; interface with engineering, management, and operations support.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of a high school or GED diploma (special maintenance training preferred).
  • •At least two years of in-house mechanical experience, including knowledge of parts room procedures and policies.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and SAP (preferred) or ability to learn quickly.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Strong mechanical aptitude, organizational skills, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving; ability to work independently.
