Key Responsibilities

•Prospect and develop client and prospective client relationships through consultative selling and introductions to bank partners across treasury management, capital markets, insurance, wealth/private banking, and retail banking.
•Lead team cross-functional pre-call planning to drive robust client interactions.
•Leverage Centers of Influence for referrals and grow the referral network.
•Identify and mitigate credit risks, recommend credit structure, and clearly articulate bank recommendations to clients and prospects.
•Work with portfolio management partners to structure loans, manage underwriting/credit approval, ensure documentation, and manage closing of complex commercial loans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, finance, or a related field.
•15+ years of financial services and banking experience focused on commercial banking relationships.
•Ability to identify and mitigate credit risks and recommend appropriate credit structure.
•Ability to analyze corporate financial statements and recommend credit structure.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn critical proprietary systems.
