Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, deploy and monitor the distribution strategy for Pro-trade and Retail segments.
  • •Identify and develop new distribution partners in high-potential areas.
  • •Negotiate and formalize commercial agreements with distributors and modern retail chains.
  • •Ensure product listing and optimal presence in targeted points of sale.
  • •Organize and lead performance reviews with distributors and supervise field teams (merchandisers, promoters, sales reps).

Key Requirements

  • •Bac +3/5 in Commerce, Marketing, Distribution, Gestion, Technique (Génie Civil) or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5 years experience in distribution or business development in the industrial, construction, or building products sector.
  • •Proven experience managing multi-channel networks (traditional and modern).
  • •Good knowledge of the distribution network in Cameroon and central Africa; strong negotiation and category management skills.
  • •Familiarity with logistics processes and commercial tools (ERP, CRM, advanced Excel); ability to analyze and drive commercial performance.
