Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary executive relationship owner for a portfolio of commercial health system accounts, building trusted, consultative relationships with C-suite and other stakeholders
•Monitor account health indicators and own renewal conversations end-to-end to achieve strong net revenue retention
•Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts, presenting ROI and utilization metrics to economic buyers
•Co-develop implementation plans with the Implementation Manager and conduct post-launch reviews to ensure alignment and adoption
•Maintain real-time visibility into adoption/utilization metrics and lead account recovery efforts for at-risk relationships

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually
