Key Responsibilities

•Elevate Gigs’ brand across all channels, formats, and verticals.
•Collaborate directly with a variety of stakeholders to translate big ideas into visually compelling deliverables.
•Iterate on the design foundation and scale the design language of a fast-growing generational scale-up, as part of a small high-impact team.
•Create templates and systems for yourself and the rest of the Design team to deliver at pace without sacrificing quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
•Strong motion design skills (After Effects) and ability to bring assets to life.

•Nice to have: Experience working with a website CMS and/or email design tools.
•Agency or scale-up experience for fast-moving projects; fintech familiarity is a plus.
