Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee development of full lifecycle solutions from CONOPS through validation.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert and oversee lab activities (definition, setup, configuration management, testing).
  • •Ensure scalable ontology for modeling and hardware/software interfaces, and oversee integration within target environments.
  • •Manage entrance and exit criteria of design reviews, integration, dry runs, and formal qualification testing; analyze and document system behaviors.
  • •Support system trade studies and requirements analysis, coach and review lower-level professionals, and influence cost/schedule planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong integration and test experience, including test procedure development, execution, reporting, and test automation.
  • •Knowledge of or experience applying Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
  • •Proficiency with tooling such as Microsoft products and/or tasking boards (e.g., Jira, IBM EWM).
  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with IPT leaders, hardware/software engineers, program managers, and customers.
