Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate NPI execution overall and lead new product management planning across Assembly and Test sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field (MBA/MS preferred).
  • •Minimum 8 years of NPI, supply chain planning, or operations management in semi-conductor (plus).
  • •Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, project management tools, and data analytics.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • •APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
