Job Summary

Drive reliability and automation for AI infrastructure powering internal AI products. Key Responsibilities

•Own the reliability, monitoring, and incident response lifecycle for AI infrastructure services, including on-call support for AWS deployment pipelines.
•Build automation and tooling to streamline operational IT workflows and eliminate manual tasks to improve deployment velocity across CI/CD and Kubernetes.
•Partner with Infrastructure to extend CI/CD frameworks and with Security & Compliance to integrate surveillance tooling into deployment pipelines.
•Define metrics, implement monitoring solutions, and maintain technical documentation to strengthen observability standards.
•Develop full-stack applications powering internal AI products and infrastructure using Go or Python.

•Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes in production.
•Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, Ruby, or Go) and Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
•Lead incident response with strict SLAs, including root cause analysis and blameless retros, with measurable reliability improvements.
•Use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and measurable workflow, cost, and quality improvements.
