Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee teams executing credit and lending servicing journeys in the US for global corporate banking, ensuring alignment to regional processes and regulatory compliance.
  • •Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify local focus areas that improve outcomes while aligning with regional priorities.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders across CCM, Wholesale Credit Risk, Legal, sector coverage, and digital channels to implement wholesale credit and lending strategy.
  • •Implement governance frameworks and support resolution/escalation of risks and issues across stakeholders; manage financial and non-financial risks in partnership with NFR/Business Risk.
  • •Own KPI/Service Level Agreement (SLA) management and end-to-end oversight across CCM Change the Bank (CTB) and Run the Bank (RTB) services, plus drive technology strategy and innovation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • •Proven experience in credit and lending, including managing loan portfolios and covering TMT, Industrials, Healthcare or Consumer sectors.
  • •Proven track record leading and managing teams, including organizational design and strategic planning.
  • •Advanced financial acumen and credit assessment skills, including applying judgment in transaction structuring and assessing borrower creditworthiness.
  • •Broad knowledge of US regulatory frameworks impacting credit and lending, including expertise in credit risk management, control assessment, and SOX compliance.
