Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support the Talent Acquisition organization with administrative functions.
  • •Provide end-to-end services for candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
  • •Track candidates through the hiring process and facilitate background checks, drug screens, and conflict of interest reviews.
  • •Update recruiters and managers on onboarding status, including roadblocks and delays.
  • •Utilize SOPs, maintain TA/HR compliance, and handle other tasks upon request.

Key Requirements

  • •HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

  • •Prior administrative/customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
