Key Responsibilities

  • •Write/edit bespoke bid content (non-technical and technical) to ensure timely submission completion with bid teams.
  • •Facilitate bid kickoff, win-theme, and storyboard sessions, and proactively manage the bid and review process against expectations, timelines, and contributors’ understanding.
  • •Ensure submissions are targeted to the audience using local knowledge, evidence/research, and innovative approaches; advise on added-value options to strengthen bid responses.
  • •Review and amend drafts based on peer and Director feedback; tailor pen profiles and CV content; brief graphic designers to create impactful visuals.
  • •After submission, extract key tender information to improve best-practice collateral; support bid-process training and contribute to board reporting on pipeline, conversion, and lessons learnt.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years’ experience across bidding and business development in the professional services sector, ideally with PMC services in the built environment, preferably including Middle East experience.
  • •Strong writing and editing ability in English, including creating original non-technical content for Executive Summaries and other sections.
  • •Critical thinking to develop, manage, and deliver high-quality bids and content on time.
  • •Expertise in MS Office suite, including Microsoft PowerPoint (required) and design-based software such as InDesign (preferred).
  • •Relevant degree in an Engineering discipline or Business (not exhaustive).
