Job Summary

Enable Intel’s next-generation IPU solutions by working directly with major cloud customers and internal teams. Provide technical support for Intel Ethernet-based designs, including board/platform bring-up, validation, debugging, and issue resolution across development, testing, and production. Develop and evaluate tools and technical documentation to speed adoption, analyze customer feedback, and partner with engineering and program teams to support product ramps and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support to customers for solutions incorporating Intel Ethernet products and technologies, accelerating design cycles and time-to-market readiness.
•Deliver board/platform bring-up, validation, debug, and issue resolution support for IPU hardware across development, testing, and production.
•Evaluate and develop new tools/software to debug and improve efficiency, optimizing product quality and performance.
•Develop application notes, user guides, white papers, and other technical collateral to streamline customer adoption.
•Analyze customer designs and voice-of-customer feedback to provide actionable input to engineering and planning teams and support product ramps with continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 141,910 - 200,340 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related) with 5+ years of industry experience.
•3+ years of experience in hardware design, board-level debugging, bring-up, and testing on Intel or ARM architectures.
•2+ years of experience with modern computer networking architectures, protocols, topologies, and networking products.
•Experience working in a lab environment using tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
•Experience with schematics and layout files, plus programming/scripting (e.g., Python).
