Job Summary

Analyze evolving regulatory and corporate compliance requirements and translate them into business rules, functional specifications, and user stories. Work as a liaison across business units, legal/compliance, and data/analytics teams to design and maintain compliance technology solutions. Map compliance workflows, identify gaps, automate processes, support testing and implementation of GRC and auditing tools, and deliver dashboards and KPIs to support risk management and audit readiness.

•Translate complex regulatory language into actionable business rules, functional specifications, and user stories.
•Analyze current compliance workflows, identify system capability gaps, and design automated processes to reduce human error.
•Facilitate requirements sessions and cross-functional reviews to ensure IT teams understand compliance and risk mitigation needs.
•Assist in testing and implementing compliance platforms such as GRC tools, automated auditing software, and reporting dashboards.
•Manage regulatory testing and implement/validate controls for access management, release management, and data protection, plus build automated compliance monitoring reports and KPIs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 133,365 - 156,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
•Typically more than 10 years of applicable experience.
•5+ years of business analysis experience focused on regulatory, compliance, or IT risk initiatives.
•Strong understanding of financial markets, banking operations, and risk management, including relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., FINRA rules, SEC regulations, OCC/FRB frameworks, or data privacy laws).
•Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, plus excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder negotiation skills.
