Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end AI agent system delivery from offline MVP prototypes to production-grade closed-loop systems, including data pipelines, workflow architecture, execution layers, and observability.
  • •Drive algorithmic and strategic optimizations tied to business objectives through offline batch runs, A/B testing, and online canary deployments.
  • •Build end-to-end quality validation covering data processing, reasoning, and generation, including offline evaluation frameworks and automated assessment pipelines.
  • •Own iteration and optimization of intelligent capabilities such as multi-step reasoning, RAG, and personalized memory systems.
  • •Reuse and deploy agent technologies across vertical business scenarios to support long-term intelligent business upgrades.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in a computer-related major with excellent coding ability in C++ and/or Python and solid data structures/algorithms knowledge.
  • •Proficiency in C++/Python with strong command of algorithms and data structures (e.g., retrieval, graph algorithms).
  • •Basic understanding of LLM fundamentals, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning workflows.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering technical projects.
  • •Preferred: hands-on experience with LLM/Agent technologies such as RAG optimization, RLHF/SFT, or agent framework development (planning/memory modules).
