Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide logistics and project administration support for Radar projects, coordinating delivery and shipment with logistics, service providers, and customers.
  • •Support ISS maintenance by handling repairs workflow (receiving failed articles, opening work orders, sending to repair agencies, monitoring status, arranging returns, and closing work orders).
  • •Manage spare parts and consumables requests, including registering requests, following up with procurement, monitoring lead times, and arranging deliveries to customers.
  • •Monitor stock levels and customer needs, manage returns and warranties, and optimize inventory.
  • •Maintain service documentation and reporting by updating service records, reporting repairs/spare parts status, assisting with KPI tracking and quarterly/annual reports, and scheduling progress meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or an Engineering-related discipline.
  • •3 to 5 years of experience handling supply chain processes, repairs, spare parts, shipments, inventory, and deliveries.
  • •Ability to manage routine project and customer service administration workflows.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Good communication, multi-tasking, attention to detail, proactive teamwork, and strict deadline adherence.
