Provide timely, efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling cash responsibly. Deliver excellent service by identifying client financial needs, educating clients on digital self-service banking (ATMs, online and mobile), and supporting sales outreach through outbound calling and referring opportunities to specialists. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, and follow internal controls, risk management, and leadership routines.
