Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a shared inbox for document/information requests, logging, tracking, and assigning requests as needed.
  • •Analyze requests to determine requestor needs and what information can be released based on affiliation and SOPs.
  • •Collaborate with program and/or customer stakeholders to compile requested documents and review/redact information per SOPs.
  • •Submit completed responses to requestors based on urgent or standard timelines.
  • •Manage and authorize child advocate appointments for program participants; assist the FOIA team and support special litigation document requests.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of related document or program analysis experience working in an agency that serves underserved/vulnerable populations.
  • •Experience handling sensitive documentation, proper PII handling, and following SOPs for release of information.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing requests and documentation workflows.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
