Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide proactive and strategic leadership for the structural engineering discipline and ensure successful delivery of project and work site deliverables.
  • •Conduct engineering reviews for permit applications, design plans/specifications/estimates, and provide construction support including periodic inspections.
  • •Lead quality control, constructability, and client-specific deliverable reviews throughout project duration.
  • •Lead larger-scale structural engineering projects, including overseeing budgets, tracking hours/expenses, and supervising subcontractors, contract work, and employees.
  • •Drive business pursuit and execution by managing discipline strategy, pipeline development, proposal/scope/timeline/pricing inputs, and client relationship growth within the assigned geography.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 12 years of experience (with a college degree or equivalent) focused on engineering, transportation, infrastructure, and/or project delivery.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required (multi-state preferred).
  • •Advanced proficiency in structural engineering principles, practices, and permitting/project design/build standards.
