Global Director Food Safety and Microbiology

Own global food safety and microbiology strategy across all regions, ensuring end-to-end food safety and quality are embedded in Kerry’s operating model. Lead delivery and standardization of food safety programs, documentation, training, and procedures, and manage quality performance of third-party laboratories. Support incident management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and vendor audits, while partnering with R&D and crisis teams and recommending improvements to environmental controls and sanitation performance.
