Key Responsibilities

  • •Own identity and access management across all identity surfaces, building and automating onboarding, offboarding, and privilege provisioning workflows.
  • •Own Entra ID configuration, including conditional access, group/role design, lifecycle automation, and tool integrations.
  • •Own device management (MDM and device inventory), ensuring devices are enrolled, encrypted, patched, and recoverable while reducing friction for teams.
  • •Run security programs including responsible disclosure/bug bounty: set up, operate, triage findings, and drive resolutions with engineering.
  • •Maintain and continuously improve the ISMS (ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II), manage audits and readiness for new standards, and keep control evidence current in Vanta.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 90,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience configuring and operating identity providers and IAM, including lifecycle automation for onboarding/offboarding and privilege provisioning.
  • •Practical experience with device management (MDM) such as enrollment, encryption, patching, and recovery, plus maintaining an accurate device inventory.
  • •Operational experience with ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 Type II, ideally through at least one full audit cycle.
  • •Experience running security programs such as responsible disclosure/bug bounty, including triage and driving findings to resolution.
  • •Ability to design proportionate technical and organizational controls and translate security/compliance requirements into controls teams can implement and maintain.
