Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the management of installation supply support services, including warehouse operations, retail supply services, and hazardous materials supply and services.
  • •Ensure all supply services are conducted in compliance with AR 5-9 and other applicable DoD regulations, including AFO safety and quality standards.
  • •Oversee CIIP operations (requirements, requisitioning, receipt, storage, kitting, issue/turn-in activities) and maintain active and inactive files.
  • •Support oversight of ammunition supply point services for Class V, including signature cards, SDR handling, redistribution, retrograde, COSIS, and compliance with CSDP.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison for GCSS-A customer support: research and resolve issues, analyze GCSS-A reports, monitor performance reports, submit follow up help desk tickets, and provide monthly summary reports.

Salary: USD 64,526 - 109,710 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of supply services experience in supply management or warehouse operations, including oversight of personnel and workflow.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of governing supply regulations, policies, and procedures, including Army supply, storage, subsistence, and equipment management requirements.
  • •Proficiency in standard office software (spreadsheets, communication tools) and enterprise systems supporting operational workflows.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills to prepare reports, brief stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
  • •Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening, and obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) after a favorable TIER-1 investigation result.
