•Rattaché au Store Manager, optimiser les performances commerciales du flagship et ses indicateurs retail, en mettant en place des plans d’action en cohérence avec l’image de marque.
•Diriger les Visual Merchandisers pour valoriser la présentation des différentes catégories produit du floor, en lien avec les guidelines Europén et Global.
•Veiller au partage des connaissances VM au sein de l’équipe et auprès des collaborateurs du magasin.
•Démontrer énergie et sens esthétique pour réussir dans la fonction et assurer l’organisation et les priorités sur le floor.
•Être un véritable ambassadeur de la marque, incarnant ses valeurs et attitudes au quotidien.

•Excellent English (C1 level) and strong communication/leadership skills, with coaching ability to develop a VM team
