Job Summary

Make outbound calls to existing CareCredit providers to drive product engagement and campaign outcomes. You’ll conduct consultative, solutions-oriented telephone consultations, educate providers on CareCredit, uncover needs, handle objections, and encourage action aligned to campaign objectives. Maintain high-quality customer experiences and compliance with call guides, capture interactions in Salesforce/CRM, and continuously improve effectiveness using feedback from sales managers and coaches.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct outbound telephone consultations with providers to educate them on the value and workings of CareCredit.
•Use sales acumen to uncover needs, position product value, handle objections, and influence providers toward campaign objectives.
•Maintain a professional customer experience and adhere to Synchrony/CareCredit brand standards and call guides.
•Provide product recommendations aligned with the campaign topic and provider needs, using call guides and product knowledge.
•Capture client interactions accurately and timely in Salesforce (or other designated CRM), while delivering on Quality Assurance standards.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of outbound call center experience.
•Completed at least 2 years in college or a 2-year associate degree.
•Able to work shifting hours between 9:00AM to 8:00PM EST, Mondays to Fridays.
•Demonstrated ability to use software programs such as customer tracking tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
•English fluency with excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
