Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development, enhancement, and maintenance of regulator-ready Recovery and Resolution Plans and playbooks aligned to U.S. regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • •Monitor and translate evolving regulatory expectations from agencies such as the Federal Reserve Board and FDIC into actionable outcomes.
  • •Partner across business and control functions to assess feasibility and execution readiness of recovery and resolution strategic options under governance, timing, and constraints.
  • •Facilitate governance processes and support senior management committees with executive-ready materials; manage audits and regulatory exams.
  • •Lead recovery and resolution testing (simulations/tabletop exercises/scenario analyses) and produce MI/reporting for U.S. Treasury and related governance forums.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years in recovery and resolution planning (RRP/living wills), treasury, enterprise risk, regulatory affairs, resilience, audit, consulting, or similar within a large financial institution/consulting firm.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk, or Business).
  • •Strong working knowledge of U.S. recovery and resolution planning expectations (FRB/FDIC) and how they translate into deliverables, controls, and evidence.
  • •Solid understanding of capital, liquidity, funding, and legal entity structures, especially under stress.
  • •Excellent writing/document discipline to produce clear, concise, regulator-ready content and stakeholder management influence across functions.
