•Develop and execute a customer engagement strategy to grow and retain existing accounts, including expansion and churn reduction.
•Build and maintain customer relationships and act as a trusted partner for logistics needs.
•Deeply understand product and capabilities to recommend additional logistics solutions.
•Use data to measure the success of growth processes and continuously iterate toward account goals.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Executives, Operations, and others; frequently travel to meet customers.

Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000 annually
