Job Summary

Lead development and support of HMI e-Beam Inspection (EBI) products at customer sites, driving learnings and solutions for next-generation e-Beam problems. Collaborate with ASML and customers to tailor EBI solutions for yield improvement, demonstrate technical leadership, and ensure installed-base application excellence and successful NPI engagements.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive application excellence of installed base, including high utilization, recipe setup/maintenance, use case development, bug fixes and feature delivery, and customer training as needed
•Lead NPI engagement with demos at HMI and evaluation at customer site
•Execute H2H (installed base and NPI) activities at customer site
•Create and share best known methods (BKM library) and collect/use case data for customer intelligence
•Prepare and execute EBI activities at customer sites and define packages with account teams to meet customer requirements

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Physics or Engineering
•4-6 years of relevant experience as metrology and inspection engineer (customer or competitor)
•SEM metrology and/or inspection experience is highly desired
•Experience defining market needs based on deep understanding of customers, applications and products
•Proven experience driving technical projects from inception to completion
