Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to deploying seasonal Collection 2027 teaching materials for international trainers and sales networks.
  • •Feed and challenge the “Hermès Métiers Training” platform for Collection 2027 in coordination with collection and commercial teams.
  • •Participate in creating new Collection 2027 e-learning training modules with commercial teams, group training, and a digital learning agency.
  • •Develop and update training and sales-assistance tools (games, modules, morning briefs) and support onboarding/enablement sessions.
  • •Assist with the planning and logistics of Train The Trainers seminars and HBA events, including coordination, materials preparation, and follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Master-level student in a business school or equivalent university program.
  • •First experience coordinating projects in digital marketing or product training, with retail knowledge.
  • •Strong creativity, rigor, analysis and synthesis, and strong organization.
  • •Good writing skills and a very good level of English (oral and written).
  • •Proficiency with Office; experience with e-learning creation tools (Rise, Storyline) and video editing/Adobe Suite is a plus.
