Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integration and test of novel optical test stations focused on near-to-eye displays.
  • •Manage work with optical suppliers, including technical oversight, acceptance test verification, and anomaly resolution.
  • •Develop and bring up display test stations from requirements through vendor build, installation, and qualification.
  • •Qualify measurement capability using Gauge R&R, MSA, and measurement uncertainty analysis, and set defensible test limits.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Optical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • •Knowledge of image quality metrics and data analysis methods.
  • •Ability to integrate, test, and verify/validate optical systems’ performance requirements.
  • •Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% to test vendors and contract manufacturer sites.
