Job Summary

Serve as a client-first, sales-driven partner to individuals and small businesses in the branch, guiding them through deeper conversations to uncover financial wellness needs. Open and manage consumer and business accounts and lending products, provide customized recommendations over in-person and proactive phone outreach, and help grow relationships through referral and internal partner influence. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures while supporting teller-line branch operations.

•Embody a strong client experience culture by being present with clients and teammates and realizing impact in day-to-day interactions.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
•Open personal and business accounts and assist with deposit and lending products, including home equity and unsecured lending.
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
•Understand consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Comfortable interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
