Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery for Base Platform programs spanning identity, provisioning, and the operational health of the platform itself
  • •Partner with Product Management and GTM stakeholders on platform changes that have customer-facing impact, ensuring rollouts and commitments stay aligned with engineering delivery
  • •Drive multi-team migrations and platform changes where downstream consumers, external commitments, and legacy constraints must land in the right order
  • •Run the operational backbone of the group: dependency mapping, risk surfacing, decision logs, change communication, and the rituals that keep large engineering efforts honest
  • •Build the muscle for clean handoffs between Base Platform and consuming teams to avoid surprise arrivals
