Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update health, safety and environmental (HSE) documents, records and policies so they are accurate and easy to access.
  • •Prepare and submit required monthly HSE reports.
  • •Run health and safety committee meetings and follow up actions to completion.
  • •Promote safe behaviours, including hazard identification and near-miss reporting.
  • •Ensure the site meets legal, regulatory and company HSE requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) qualification and/or equivalent practical experience in a site-based role.
  • •Experience maintaining HSE documentation, records, and monthly reporting (including using reporting systems/tools).
  • •Strong working knowledge of legal and regulatory HSE compliance requirements and how to apply them on site.
  • •Demonstrated capability running risk assessments, maintaining risk registers, and verifying controls are effective.
  • •Experience leading or supporting audits/inspections, developing corrective action plans, and driving actions through to close-out.
