Job Summary

Own product outcomes for Scale’s military planning portfolio and LUX, translating operational reality into high-signal input for engineering and platform teams. Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineering and Platform Capability teams to shape cross-cutting solutions and expansion opportunities.

•Own product outcomes across Scale’s military planning portfolio and/or high-impact national security accounts for LUX, accountable for product delivery and customer value.
•Translate operational reality into high-signal, evidence-backed product input for engineering and platform teams, including tradeoffs and constraints.
•Build trusted advisory relationships with senior military, civilian, and mission stakeholders, serving as a reliable escalation point.
•Drive deployments from contract to production in classified and operationally constrained environments, defining “production-ready” in DoW settings.
•Distinguish whether the product is the constraint versus execution or policy, resolve blockers through the right channels, and shape cross-cutting solutions across stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Active TOP SECRET security clearance (TS/SCI eligibility preferred).
•6+ years in product management, technical program management, or a customer-facing product ownership role, including experience operating at an L6-level of scope and autonomy.
•Direct experience working with the U.S. Department of War (DoW) or the broader U.S. national security community.
•Working knowledge of either the military planning process (e.g., Joint Planning Process) and modeling/simulation systems (e.g., AFSIM), or real-time streaming data systems (event-driven architectures, low-latency pipelines, high-throughput processing).
•Demonstrated record shipping AI or data products into large, constrained, classified, or highly regulated organizations (not pilots).
