Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end execution of multiple electrical system integration projects from contract award through commissioning and final handover.
  • •Develop project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and execution strategies; monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
  • •Manage project scope, quality, safety, risks, issues, and change requests; coordinate contract variations, claims, and change orders.
  • •Coordinate engineering, design, procurement, production, quality & testing, and installation support for relay and control panels, LV switchgear, protection schemes, control wiring, and system integration.
  • •Provide customer and vendor communication, run kick-off/progress/close-out meetings, oversee FAT execution, support commissioning troubleshooting, and deliver status reports covering schedule, cost, quality, and risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience.
  • •Experience managing EPC, industrial, utility, infrastructure, or substation projects is preferred.
  • •Project Management certification (PMP) is preferred.
  • •5 to 8 years of project management experience in electrical panel manufacturing for utilities and oil & gas segments, covering relay & control panels or LV switchgear projects.
