Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalized financial wellness recommendations by assessing needs, gathering and documenting client data, and referring investment and insurance products.
  • •Prospect and prospecting discipline to build a client referral pipeline through internal and external centers of influence, including documentation of calling efforts.
  • •Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to support meaningful client conversations.
  • •Open and support personal and business accounts and lending/deposit products; assist branch operations including Teller-line transactions as needed.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and participate in branch huddles and end-of-day debriefs; work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED/equivalent experience) and experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Ability to apply sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Demonstrated interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly, overcome objections, and ask fact-finding questions to be helpful.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients on digital platforms.
  • •FINRA licenses S6 and S63, FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), and Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses.
