Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for HAL contractual operations at the well site and managing well operations processes.
  • •Coordinate work of product service lines and third-party subcontractors to meet engineered well design objectives.
  • •Supervise day-to-day field operations and serve as matrix manager for HSE and logistics personnel on location.
  • •Maintain leadership in HSE through active participation in HSE audits, inspections, reviews, and incident/near-miss investigations.
  • •Manage move-in/rig up/rig down/move-out of equipment and prepare daily 7-day look-ahead planning for equipment, materials, and personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •IADC or IWCF supervisory well control certification.
  • •High school diploma with at least five years of rig site experience and at least three years of operational management experience.
  • •Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • •Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in their discipline or in an operations environment within the oil & gas industry.
  • •Demonstrated ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage field operations, including reporting/forecasting and QA/QC documentation.
