•Teach and support secondary learners as part of the Inclusion department.
•Deliver high-quality inclusion teaching aligned with IB philosophy and the Learner Profile values.
•Collaborate with the Secondary Inclusion team and contribute to department improvement.
•Apply strong understanding of the IB framework and Approaches to Teaching (preferred).
•Help create outstanding teaching and learning experiences for students through continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Education degree, or an initial degree plus a relevant teaching qualification such as PGCE or PGDE (or equivalent in Inclusion).
•Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching Secondary Inclusion, ideally in an IB or NCofE curriculum school (not mandatory).
•Strong alignment with the IB philosophy and commitment to the Learner Profile values.
•Preferred experience teaching IB Middle Years and Diploma programmes, or outstanding teaching experience from any curriculum background.
•Strong desire to continually improve practice and deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences.
