Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain standard product costing, cost allocations, and inventory valuations; support variance analysis and collaborate with operational teams to track key drivers.
  • •Monitor product and customer profitability and support baseline pricing and margin analysis, including loading and reconciling financial data into corporate reporting tools (e.g., HFM).
  • •Support month-end close activities under US GAAP and Local GAAP, including General Ledger postings, reconciliations, accruals, fixed asset accounting, and intercompany settlements.
  • •Prepare documentation for statutory compliance, support statutory audit preparation, and contribute to local tax reporting with external advisors.
  • •Support budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and rolling projections by collecting and entering data and assisting with basic financial modeling for business cases, CAPEX requests, and cost-saving initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; pursuing CIMA or ACCA is a plus.
  • •3+ years of experience in accounting, controlling, or financial analysis, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • •Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken); knowledge of French or German is a plus.
  • •Foundational understanding of product costing, inventory accounting, and general accounting principles (Local GAAP, IFRS, or US GAAP).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, core formulas, data management) and exposure to ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP) or reporting tools (e.g., HFM).
