•Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic and enterprise new brands during merchant onboarding and ramping.
•Lead end-to-end execution of client onboarding and integration projects across commercial, operations, compliance, and product.
•Develop ramp-up schedules with KPIs, success metrics, and milestones, aligning accountability with the merchant.
•Collaborate on performance and transactional metrics reviews, delivering data-driven recommendations to maximize results.
•Act as a trusted consultant to merchants, identifying expansion opportunities and referring qualified deals to Sales or Account Management for pricing, contracting, and closure.
