Key Responsibilities

  • •Own solution strategy, technical direction, and delivery outcomes for customer engagements from problem definition through production deployment and scale.
  • •Act as primary customer-facing solution leader and domain expert, building a deep understanding of operations, equipment, processes, constraints, and business objectives.
  • •Identify and quantify high-impact opportunities across reliability, maintenance, production performance, process optimization, throughput/yield, quality, energy efficiency, and operating economics.
  • •Lead engagements end-to-end, including use case definition, requirements gathering, solution architecture, application configuration, validation, production deployment, adoption, and scale-out.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with customer and internal stakeholders to validate requirements, interpret analytical results, manage technical risks and delivery progress, and communicate outcomes to executives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mining, Metallurgical, Petroleum, Materials, or similar preferred).
  • •7+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, reliability, maintenance, industrial technology, or technically focused consulting.
  • •Deep experience in asset-intensive industries, including oil and gas and chemicals (petrochemicals, LNG, or similar).
  • •Strong understanding of industrial equipment and production/process workflows, including process controls and maintenance practices.
  • •Experience working with industrial data and systems such as process historians, SCADA, DCS, MES, EAM/CMMS, ERP, advanced process control, or industrial analytics platforms.
